My Story

In the summer of 2000, I saw a flower growing through a crack in the sidewalk and I thought to myself, "that would make an awesome picture." The seed was planted and since that day, I often see life as potential photographs. Observant of the diverse beauty in the world around me and captivated by the human form, I longed for a way to combine these two things which inspired me the most. I discovered editorial fashion photography, as a natural way to achieve this. In fashion, you're not just capturing what is, but you're taking part in an idealized creation, creating fantasy. Turning life into pictures.
